Job Description

Responsibilities

Evaluate and enhance business processes across the seven product categories: Waterproofing, Tile Adhesive and Tile Grout, Industrial and Precision Grout, Plaster and Mortar.
Develop and implement standardised procedures that drive efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve product quality across all regions.
Coordinate with the zonal business analyst to drive periodic monthly activities.
Provide valuable insights to the Head Sales for any corrective action to be taken.
Lead data collection, analysis, and interpretation across all categories, identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Create and maintain a comprehensive database of performance metrics, enabling accurate forecasting and strategic planning.
Conduct regular reviews of regional and product category performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
Ensuring the required compliances are met with reference to distributor/ Dealer/ TPC agreements, outstanding, etc.
