Job Description

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager – Direct Sales will drive business development for advertising partnerships and manage relationships with international OTAs & Tourism Boards focusing on revenue growth through brand collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advertising Partnerships & Revenue Growth
  • Identify, pitch, and onboard brand advertisers across key categories.
  • Sell and manage in-flight media, magazines, sampling, digital assets, airport branding, and co-branded campaigns.
  • Develop tailored proposals and negotiate commercials.
  • Coordinate with marketing, digital, and product teams for campaign execution.
  • Track campaign performance, revenue, and ROI.
  • International OTA Management
  • Identify and onboard key potential Global OTAs
  • Drive visibility, conversions, and revenue through promotions and fare strategies.
  • Monitor pricing, content accuracy, market share, and competitive performance.
  • Resolve booking issues, fare discrepancies, and operational challenges.
  • Analyze OTA metrics to optimize performance and revenue.
  • Strategic Partnerships with Tourism Boards
  • Identify partnership opportunities with potential tourism boards globally.
  • Support co-marketing initiatives and cross-promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to execute partner integrations and marketing plans.
  • Stakeholder & Project Management
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management, Digital, Legal, Finance, Product, and Airport Operations teams.
  • Handle agreements, NDAs, compliance, and documentation.
  • Maintain CRM pipelines, dashboards, and revenue trackers.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, advertising sales, OTA management, or airline commercial roles.
  • Strong understanding of online & offline advertising sales, aviation sales, and digital assets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
