•Agile certifications / Agile trainings (preferred)

•Requirements gathering from business users

•BRD creation (Business Requirements Document)

•Ability to translate business requirements to technical teams (developers/designers/vendors)

•Functional & Non‑Functional requirements elicitation and documentation

•Process analysis & modeling

•Process mapping, current state vs future state

•Data / process analysis and modeling

•Understanding data flows, process flows, system interactions

•Requirements traceability

•Trace requirements from business needs → scope changes → testing → final solution

•Acceptance criteria definition

•Testing coordination

•Defining, coordinating, and validating testing against requirements

3) Stakeholder & Communication Skills

•Strong stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management

•Leading large design sessions / workshops

•Able to explain requirements clearly to both:

•Business stakeholders (Product Owners/Business Partners)

•Technical teams (developers/designers/system/database teams)

•Ability to create and present business cases
