Job Description

Join our AI product team at Jcentrix to build scalable backend systems powering generative AI solutions. Focus on integrating LLMs with FastAPI services using LangChain and LangGraph for real-world applications like RAG pipelines and agentic workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-performance REST APIs and microservices using Python and FastAPI.
Design and implement AI workflows, including chains, agents, retrievers, and graphs with LangChain/LangGraph.
Build end-to-end LLM applications: prompt engineering, RAG systems, vector stores, and evaluation pipelines.
Optimize for production: async processing, error handling, monitoring, and scalability on cloud platforms.
Collaborate with product and data teams to deploy AI features and iterate based on metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

3+ years Python development, with strong FastAPI or async framework experience.
Hands-on with LangChain/LangGraph: chains, agents, memory, tools, and custom integrations.
Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face), embeddings, and vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS).
Databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and containerization (Docker).
Proven production AI/ML projects; share GitHub/portfolio with live demos.

Nice to Have

Experience with workflow orchestration, fine-tuning, or OpenAI API optimizations.
Knowledge of CI/CD (Jenkins), Flutter for mobile AI apps, or offshore team collaboration.
