Job Description

Key Responsibilities: ???????Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements ???????Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications ???????Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies ???????Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business stakeholders ???????Familiarity with tool like Azure DevOps, JIRA ???????Excellent documentation and presentation skills ???????Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities ???????Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate stakeholder discussions ???????A proactive approach to requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution recommendations Technical Requirements: ???????Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. ???????2?3 years of hands-on experience in business analysis or similar roles. ???????Proficient in creating BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and functional documentation. ???????Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies. ???????Experience in gathering and translating business requirements into technical specs. ???????Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and SQL for data analysis. ???????Experience with BI/reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio. ???????Familiar with CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics. ???????Ability to support UAT and validate deliverables against requirements. ???????Strong analytical skills to interpret data and deliver actionable insights. ???????Comfortable using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar for project tracking. ???????Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills. ???????Experience working in cross-functional teams with developers, QA, and product managers. ???????Exposure to automation tools like Zapier or Power Automate is a plus. ???????Basic knowledge of APIs, data flows, or system integration is preferred. ???????Bonus: basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python or R) is an added advantage. ?
