About The Job

MaxIQ is looking for an adept and experienced Business Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a strong understanding of product features and user journeys end-to-end.
Understand product requirements and translate them into clear user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product leads to clarify requirements, resolve questions, and ensure aligned execution.
Create and manage release and sprint plans, execute DSMs, and work feature-by-feature with Engineering and Design teams to ensure complete delivery.
Partner with Product Leads to execute product strategy and goals.
Drive sprint and release velocity, ensuring optimal outcomes and on-time delivery.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related role.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate ambiguity into clear, actionable plans for a global audience.
Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A strong team player who can build cross-functional partnerships and influence without direct authority.
Prior experience executing sprints and releases in a SaaS environment.
Experience with B2B, Sales Tech, and/or AI products is a plus.
