Business Analyst

Profile Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in the Alternative Investments domain, including Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and other alternative asset classes. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with proven expertise in investor onboarding, investor servicing, AML/KYC processes, and data-driven reporting. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, improve operational processes, and support regulatory and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, track, and report business and operational metrics across Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and Alternative Investment products
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Compliance, Technology, Legal, and Fund Administration
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD/FRD) and translate them into functional specifications
• Support Investor Onboarding and Investor Servicing activities, including subscription, redemption, transfers, and lifecycle events
• Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements throughout investor and fund processes
• Evaluate existing methodologies and propose process improvements and automation opportunities
• Assist in proposal evaluations, product enhancements, and new business initiatives
• Manage and monitor budgets, operational KPIs, and vendor deliverables where applicable
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive practices in the alternative investment space

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with AML / KYC / Regulatory requirements
• Analyze business data, track metrics, and prepare management reports
• Identify process gaps and recommend operational improvements
• Support proposal evaluations and new business initiatives
