Job Description

Hiring: Business Analyst (2–5 Years Experience)

We are looking for a business analyst with 2–5 years of experience to work closely with product, Engineering, and Business teams on web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product owners to analyze requirements and concept notes

Act as a bridge between business and technology teams

Translate functional requirements into technical tasks and estimates

Drive backlog creation, prioritization, and release planning

Perform root cause analysis and resolve dependencies

Support mobile and web application implementations

Ensure security, scalability, and API integration compliance

Required Skills

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies

Good understanding of APIs, integrations, client-server & scalable architectures

Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, wireframes (Balsamiq or similar)

Tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint

Preferred

Experience in product development teams

Exposure to mobile app projects
