Role Description

This is an unpaid, full-time, remote internship for a Business Analyst Intern. The selected candidate will assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, as well as identifying areas for operational improvement. Responsibilities include contributing to business process assessments, conducting data analysis, preparing reports, and assisting in stakeholder communications to align goals and strategies. This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative tech environment.

• Understanding of voice AI technology or CRM systems is a plus.
