Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager - Health Insurance - Sales, based in Chennai. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing health insurance policy options suited to their needs, and working towards achieving sales targets. The role involves understanding client requirements, educating them on insurance benefits, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.


Qualifications

  • Sales and relationship management skills, with experience in client acquisition, upselling, and achieving targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Good understanding of health insurance products and the ability to explain policy terms to customers
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address customer concerns effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools or technology platforms for managing customer interactions and tracking sales
  • Ability to work independently in a customer-focused, target-driven environment
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred
