Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, curious, and detail-oriented Pre Sales Business Analyst Intern who wants real exposure to enterprise B2B sales cycles, not just theoretical knowledge. You will support the pre-sales team in researching prospects, preparing proposals, building presentations, and creating the kind of sales collateral that actually wins enterprise deals. This is a hands-on role, not a shadow-and-observe internship.

What You Will Do

  • Research target accounts and prospects across US and UK markets, mapping company size, tech stack, industry challenges, key decision-makers, and recent business developments
  • Support preparation of RFP responses, capability decks, and client-specific proposals

  • Prepare discovery call briefs for the sales team before client meetings, summarizing the prospect's background, pain points, and likely requirements
  • Analyze competitor positioning, pricing models, and service offerings to support pre-sales strategy
  • Help maintain and update CRM records, prospect research databases, and deal trackers
  • Support the team in creating presentation decks tailored to specific client requirements and industries
  • Assist in drafting follow-up emails, proposal summaries, and client communication after discovery calls
  • Sit in on client discovery calls and pre-sales meetings to take notes, capture requirements, and prepare meeting summaries
  • Assist in mapping client requirements to the company's service capabilities and creating solution fit documents

What We Are Looking For

  • Final year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong research skills, you can find relevant, useful information about a company or market quickly and summarize it clearly
  • Good written English communication, you can write a clear, professional email or document without heavy editing
  • Basic understanding of IT services concepts (software development, cloud, AI, RPA, digital transformation) or a genuine interest in learning quickly
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides, you can build a clean, structured presentation
  • Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and tracking
  • Curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions or suggest ideas
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines without reminders

What You Will Learn

  • How enterprise B2B sales cycles work for a global IT services company
  • How to research and profile enterprise accounts like a professional pre-sales analyst
  • How to build proposals, capability decks, and RFP responses that win deals
  • How to map client requirements to technical service capabilities
  • Real exposure to US and UK enterprise client conversations and decision-making processes
  • How to use tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and CRM systems
  • How to position AI, cloud, RPA, and digital transformation services to enterprise buyers

Good to Have

  • Prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or business analysis
  • Basic familiarity with enterprise technology domains (AI, cloud, RPA, ERP, CRM)
