Summary:

The Employee Data Analyst is a member of the Data Ops Position Management team and provides operational support to Headcount Managers and Headcount Planners across all regions. Acting as a trusted partner for the business, this role ensures an exceptional worker experience. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, outstanding time management and communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer support. Experience in Workday position management in an HR Operations role is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Case management, including case triaging and adhering to SLAs to meet CSAT expectations.
  • Create, load, and validate EIBs for Workday position management.
  • Assist in verifying and maintaining position attributes in Workday and create/edit position restrictions on behalf of Managers as per case requests.
  • Identify data gaps and perform regular and new audits to meet clean data requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact for all matters related to position and worker data and other key processes and transactions.
  • Identify and close knowledge gaps by creating, updating, and improving knowledge articles to keep information relevant for employees.
  • Support global projects such as M&A, G4G, Merit cycles, and other Global initiatives.
  • Maintain an appropriate level of process, program, and policy knowledge to assist HCMs and Hiring Managers.
  • Act as a point of contact for issues in the absence of the Supervisor/Team Manager.
  • Proactively identify process improvements and redundancies and collaborate towards a more productive process.
  • Participate in system/process testing (UAT) during system upgrades and rollout of new features.
  • Ensure data integrity of all transactions by following the outlined peer review process.
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements by completing work correctly and timely.
  • Support standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics for the team.
  • Liaise effectively and collaboratively with stakeholders and other support teams to resolve issues.
  • Work collaboratively across a distributed team for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of work experience as a Workday HCM administrator or analyst.
  • Experience with Workday EIB processing.
  • Solid understanding of data integrity and data privacy requirements.
