Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Indian Healthcare Claims. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating business needs into clear technical requirements, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, development, and QA teams, and ensuring successful delivery through strong documentation, analysis, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into detailed functional and technical specifications
• Work closely with clients to understand explicit and implicit requirements, effectively capturing unspoken needs and converting them into actionable requirements
• Act as a bridge between business, technical, and QA teams to ensure clear understanding and alignment across all stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows
• Develop diagrams such as process flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, high-level system architecture, and module-level designs to aid understanding
• Define and maintain a Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) with proper numbering, ensuring mapping of requirements to features, tasks, and test cases
• Collaborate with QA teams to define UAT acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements
• Define and enforce Definition of Done (DoD) for features and tasks to ensure completeness and quality
• Participate in requirement walkthroughs, sprint planning, and review sessions to ensure clarity and completeness
• Support UAT phases by coordinating with stakeholders, clarifying requirements, and ensuring successful sign-off

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Indian Healthcare Claims domain
• Excellent documentation skills, including BRD, FRD, and user story creation
• Ability to convert business requirements into technical requirements with clarity
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in creating diagrams (process flows, sequence diagrams, system flows, module diagrams)
• Hands-on experience with requirement traceability and test alignment (RTM)
• Experience in defining UAT acceptance criteria and ensuring requirement completeness

Good to Have

• Experience with design and prototyping tools like Figma
• Basic understanding of system architecture and APIs
