Position : Business Analyst

Experience : 4+ years

Location : Noida/Gurgaon/Pune/Bangalore

Work Mode : Hybrid( 01:30 PM to 11:30 PM UK Shift timings )

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform to drive business process automation and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design low-code solutions, and support implementation using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.

2. Conduct workshops to identify automation and process improvement opportunities.

3. Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, and solution designs.

4. Work closely with Power Platform developers to design and implement:

Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps)
Power Automate workflows
Power BI dashboards and reports
Power Virtual Agents (if applicable)

5. Perform data analysis and support dashboard/report development.

6. Define data models and integrations with SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and other enterprise systems.

7. Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.

8. Document solution architecture, business processes, and training materials.

9. Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Technical & BA Skills

Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).
Experience in RPA or broader automation initiatives.
Knowledge of Azure services and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Experience with governance and environment management strategies.
Basic understanding of DAX and data modeling in Power BI

Analytical & Domain Skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual modelling abilities.
Working knowledge of domain concepts in at least one industry (Insurance, BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Telecom, etc.).
Exposure to process optimization, automation opportunities, and digital transformation initiatives.

Minimum Qualification: Graduation/Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
