We're hiring: Business Analyst – Category (Intern)

Ajnaa Jewels | Delhi (on-site) | 3–6 months | Stipend: Upto 50,000 Per Month

We’re looking for someone to work directly with the founder on building and scaling product categories. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, business, and execution. You won’t just analyse — you’ll act on it.

What you’ll be responsible for:

→ Tracking and analysing category performance (GMV, conversion rates, AOV, inventory movement)

→ Identifying what’s working and what’s not across products and collections

→ Recommending and executing improvements in pricing, assortment, and positioning

→ Working with marketing to align on campaigns, launches, and demand drivers

→ Coordinating with operations to ensure inventory availability and efficiency

→ Building simple dashboards/reports to track performance and insights

What we’re looking for:

— Strong analytical thinking (Excel/Google Sheets is a must)

— Ability to turn data into clear actions (not just observations)

— High ownership mindset — you take initiative and follow through

— Interest in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands

— Clear, structured communication

What this role is NOT:

— Not a passive internship

— Not just reporting or making slides

— Not for someone who needs constant direction
