Your Profile 7-10 Years of Exp of BA Role BA should have a good knowledge and experience in working with the onshore-offshore model where he/she coordinates with onshore BA and take care of all functional activities at the offshore side. He/she will be the single point of contact for the scrum team related to any functional needs. He/she take the functional ownership of each sprint and provide kickoff to developers. He/She will also responsible to define and documents various artifacts like functional documents, user manual, test case, test data, etc. He/She closely work with onshore BA and Product owner to help to refine the product backlog Your Role Requirements Gathering Interview stakeholders to identify business requirements Document detailed requirements specifications and user stories right from DoE to DoR including acceptance criteria Prioritize and manage requirements throughout projects Tools: Business workflow diagram, Business Object mapping and relationship, Data Modelling, Jira, Confluence, UI Elements, SQL What You'll Love About Working Here You can shape your career with us.
