Job Description

We are looking for candidates who have good exposure in Business Analysis (BRD/FRD/UAT/ Testing/SDLC) + Domain expertise of BFSI + People management.

Extensive hands-on experience in Excel, VBA, SQL
Root cause analysis/ Deep dive of varied business problems
Knowledge around Insurance sector (preferably)
Experience around writing project related documents (FSD, BRD etc)
Excellent storyboarding skills and the ability to formulate intuitive hypothesis
Keep up with cutting edge analytics techniques and tools in the continuously evolving area.
Good communication/problem solving/analytical bent of mind
Experience in Business analysis/techno-functional role
Experience in Agile methodology Scrum
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions
Strong experience to manage and co-ordination with Business team
Will be act as Techno-functional and interaction with tech lead /developers
Experience in preparing Requirement documents, Use cases, user stories and product backlog
Ability to communicate (verbal and written) with business units that rely on that
information to define system requirements or organizational processes.
