Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into functional solutions. You will play a key role in driving product enhancements, optimizing processes, and supporting strategic initiatives through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, SRS, user stories, and process flows
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
• Perform data analysis to support business decisions and identify improvement opportunities
• Define KPIs and monitor business performance metrics
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate deliverables against requirements
• Identify risks, gaps, and inefficiencies in existing processes and propose improvements
• Support change management and ensure smooth implementation of new solutions
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Strong experience in requirement gathering and documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories)
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and reporting
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other project management platforms
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Ability to convert complex business problems into structured, actionable solutions
• Experience in risk analysis, gap analysis, and process improvement initiatives
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience working in product-based or tech-driven environments
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Exposure to API documentation and system integration workflows
• Understanding of business metrics and financial analysis
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA (optional but valuable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
