Job Description
Novisync is looking for motivated Business Analysts with a startup mindset — individuals who think creatively, adapt quickly, and are ready to take ownership in a fast-moving environment. You’ll be the bridge between business requirements and technical teams, helping design smart, scalable, and data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate needs into actionable deliverables.
- Perform market research and data analysis to support decision-making.
- Prepare business process documentation, reports, and flow diagrams.
- Support development and testing teams by ensuring business objectives are met.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest innovative solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command over MS Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive, adaptable attitude with a startup mindset — ready to take initiative and learn continuously.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum environments.
- Prior experience in requirement gathering, data analysis, or client coordination.
