Job Description
Schedule resources, equipment and venues to assist producers and coordinators in the creation of materials and messages that invite all God's children to follow Jesus Christ. Find scheduling solutions for live events and/or broadcasts. Foster an environment of trust and unity and build upon each other's strengths and ideas to manage and provide compelling products and develop clear and timely communication.
Responsibilities

Job Description
Schedule resources, equipment and venues to assist producers and coordinators in the creation of materials and messages that invite all God's children to follow Jesus Christ. Responsibilities
Scheduling - 70%
- Ensure that crew scheduling software accurately reflects project schedules and timelines.
- Be the resident expert on production scheduling tools.
- Ability to translate the production scope into the needed resources to accomplish the project objectives.
- Interact with and meet the scheduling needs of the Broadcast and Video division.
- Interact one-on-one with broadcast and events producer, coordinators, and headquarters facilities to ensure all scheduling requirements are accommodated.
- Employ approved tools, processes and policies.
- Complete end-to-end scheduling management of projects (pre-production/production/post-production).
- Assist producers and coordinators to understand the physical limitations of the spaces and crew that are available to them and to provide them with creative solutions to implement their ideas.
- Produce constructive, timely and direct feedback to the producer, coordinator, and line manager on team scheduling status and potential conflicts. Consult with them with possible solutions.
- Work with line managers, producers, and coordinators to communicate resource use, and generate the pertinent scheduling reports.
- Use reporting tools to monitor and communicate project scheduling to appropriate stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate conflicts in resources and schedules.
- Develop and maintain healthy interpersonal relationships with producers, coordinators, line mangers, and technical crew and become a trusted resource and consultant in project planning scheduling.

- Bachelor's degree and three years experience working in theatrical, broadcast and events production scheduling, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated Skill & Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in using scheduling management software and tools.
- Collaborate with and communicate clearly to stakeholders.
- Show an understanding of technical, production and scheduling workflows.
- Industry expertise in best practices and available communication technologies.
- Must have an understanding of event production workflows, crew, and venues.
- Passion for high levels of customer service.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
