Role & Responsibilities

As a Brand & Visual Designer, you will own the visual identity of Officebing across digital and physical touchpoints.

• Marketing & Social: Create high-quality social creatives, micro-blogs, PR announcements, and "Director Commentary" posts that reflect industry leadership.
• Business Assets: Design high-impact pitch decks, product brochures, infographics, and one-pagers.
• On-Property Design: Develop posters, banners, and signage for real-world office spaces.
• Short-Form Video: Produce clean, design-led Reels and Shorts (focusing on pacing and brand consistency rather than heavy motion).
• Brand Stewardship: Ensure rigid consistency in typography, layout, and color theory across all formats.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for a "fundamentals-first" designer who prioritizes clarity and hierarchy.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a brand or visual design role.
• Design DNA: Mastery of typography, layout, and color theory. You must be able to explain the logic behind your design choices.
• Tech Stack: Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. Ability to use Canva thoughtfully (not just templates).
• Secondary Skill: Competency in Premiere Pro or CapCut for clean, professional video edits.
• Portfolio (Mandatory): Must showcase strong static design work. Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.
