Role Description

As a Brand Strategy Manager at Omega Slayers, you will play a key role in crafting and implementing strategic plans to enhance brand value and market presence. This full-time on-site role, based in Gurugram, involves overseeing brand development initiatives, managing campaigns, and fostering a strong connection between brands and their target audiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of brand-related strategies, monitor campaign performance, and lead efforts to adapt to market trends and insights.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Brand Strategy and Brand Development
• Experience in Brand Marketing and Brand Management
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the media, marketing, or esports industry is a plus
