Role overview

Saltbuzz is looking for a Brand Strategy Lead who can sit at the intersection of sales and execution, owning the brand narrative from pitch to performance.

This person will build content systems that compound attention over time, guide the sales story, and continuously fine‑tune live campaigns so they can “blow up” instead of plateau.


Key responsibilities
  • Partner with the founder/sales to shape pitch narratives, decks and proposal storylines for brands looking for organic, AI‑ and CGI‑powered growth.
  • Translate client business goals into clear content strategies, including content pillars, formats, channels and distribution plans across the full funnel.
  • Design and maintain “content systems” and series concepts that can be reused, iterated and scaled rather than one‑off posts.
  • Work as a bridge with the execution team (design, video, CGI, social, copy) to turn strategy into concrete briefs, calendars, hooks and scripts.
  • Run periodic audits of live content, spot opportunities, and recommend rapid experiments, tweaks, and creative angles to unlock spikes in reach and conversions.
  • Define and protect the brand’s narrative, tone of voice and storytelling frameworks for different categories and geographies
  • Collaborate with performance/analytics to set success metrics, build simple reporting views, and use insights to refine future concepts and pitches.
  • Create high‑quality content briefs for writers, designers, and editors that include objectives, audience, angle, structure, and required assets.


Skills and experience
  • 2-3 years in Brand strategy, creative strategy, or social media strategy at a digital/creative agency or high‑growth brand.
  • Strong portfolio of campaigns where content strategy led to organic growth (not just paid performance).
  • Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, shorts, LinkedIn) and content formats, especially short‑form storytelling.
  • Comfort working with or around AI tools (for ideation, scripting, content ops) and basic understanding of CGI/3D possibilities and constraints.
  • Excellent narrative, copy and deck‑making skills; able to turn complex offers into clear, differentiated stories.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills; proven experience acting as a bridge between sales/account and creative teams.
  • Data‑curious: can read basic analytics, ask the right questions, and translate insights into creative decisions.
