Brand Strategist

• Develop brand, marketing, and communication strategies
• Conduct market, competitor, and audience research
• Create brand positioning, messaging, and communication frameworks
• Define brand personas, tone of voice, and customer journeys
• Collaborate with creative, content, social media, and performance marketing teams
• Present strategic recommendations and brand roadmaps to clients
• Track campaign and brand performance to identify growth opportunities
• Support business pitches and strategic planning initiatives
• Stay updated on branding, marketing, consumer, and cultural trends

• 1–2 years of experience in Brand Strategy, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, differentiation, and audience segmentation
• Experience conducting research and translating insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with social media, content marketing, and digital marketing ecosystems
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
• Prior agency experience is a plus
