Brand & Speaking Engagement Coordinator – Organic Growth and External Stages


Purpose of the Role

Drive organic brand growth while building a consistent pipeline of speaking opportunities to increase visibility, authority, and inbound demand for programs and events.


Primary Focus

  • Execute organic social media and content strategy
  • Build and maintain a External speaking opportunity pipeline
  • Increase brand visibility, engagement, and authority


Key Responsibilities

Organic Content & Brand Growth

  • Execute daily organic posting across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
  • Repurpose podcast clips, speaking content, testimonials, and educational material into social content
  • Promote programs (DSA, Lift Off, En Route) through strategic organic content
  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement to foster community interaction
  • Track performance of content (engagement, reach, follower growth) and adjust accordingly


Community Engagement & Market Awareness

  • Engage in relevant online communities and conversations to increase visibility
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor positioning, and emerging topics
  • Identify “what’s hot” in the market and feed insights into content and positioning
  • Highlight client wins, testimonials, and key moments to strengthen brand authority


External Speaking Opportunity Pipeline

  • Research and identify aligned speaking opportunities (events, podcasts, conferences, communities)
  • Monitor “Call for Speakers” and guest opportunities
  • Build and maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities
  • Conduct initial outreach to event organizers or platforms
  • Qualify opportunities before passing to leadership (Steve or Daniela) for booking


Content Coordination

  • Work with videographer and team to capture and organize content
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging
  • Maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns and events
  • Ensure content is optimized for each platform


Event & Campaign Support (Organic)

  • Support promotion of live events, webinars, and speaking engagements through organic channels
  • Create pre-, during-, and post-event content to maximize visibility
  • Assist in amplifying partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations


Key Metrics for Success

  • Organic reach and engagement growth
  • Follower growth across platforms
  • Content consistency and output
  • Number of qualified speaking opportunities identified
  • Conversion of organic audience into event attendees or leads
