The Role

We’re looking for someone who loves conversations that turn into collaborations.

As part of the Brand Partnerships team, you’ll build relationships with brands, unlock new opportunities, and drive revenue growth for the agency. You’ll work closely with our strategy and influencer teams to convert ideas into long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Build and grow the brand partnerships pipeline
• Pitch influencer-led marketing solutions to brands
• Lead conversations, negotiations, and closures
• Drive revenue targets with ownership and clarity
• Ensure smooth handover from pitch to execution
• Stay plugged into market trends and brand spends

Who is the perfect fit

• 1–3 years in brand partnerships / business development
• Confident communicator who enjoys pitching and closing
• Revenue-focused and target-driven
• Strategic thinker with strong follow-through
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Experience in influencer marketing or consumer brands is a plus.
