Job Description
Job Role: Brand Partnerships Manager
Location: Navi Mumbai
We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative and organised Brand Partnerships Manager to support MotorOctane's growing brand partnerships business — from building compelling pitch decks to ensuring flawless campaign delivery.
What you'll do:
- Develop customised brand partnership proposals, pitch decks and sponsorship packages for the sales team
- Manage branded campaigns end-to-end — from brief and concept to execution, delivery and reporting
- Coordinate between brand/agency teams and internal content, production and creative teams
- Track deliverables, timelines and campaign performance ensuring all commitments are met
- Maintain post-campaign reports and build case studies for future pitches
What we're looking for:
- 2–3 years of experience in brand partnerships, branded content, media planning or campaign management
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry and its marketing ecosystem
- Hands-on knowledge of social media platforms — YouTube, Instagram and emerging formats
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Someone who takes ownership and drives projects to closure without constant follow-up
Good to have:
- Experience working with automotive brands or media agencies
- Prior experience in a digital-first or creator-led media environment
