About LT

LT is building a premium interior consumer brand focused on thoughtful design and exceptional customer experience. We’re looking for a brand marketer who understands how people discover, evaluate, and purchase home and interior products—and can build a brand customers remember.


What You’ll Own

  • Build and execute LT’s brand marketing strategy.
  • Increase brand awareness through organic and paid brand initiatives.
  • Plan seasonal launches, campaigns, and product storytelling.
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and brand guidelines.
  • Manage content across social media, website, email, and community.
  • Build partnerships with interior designers, architects, creators, and lifestyle influencers.
  • Own PR, media opportunities, and brand collaborations.
  • Work closely with creative to produce high-quality visual campaigns.
  • Measure brand health, share of voice, organic growth, and campaign performance.
  • Research customer behavior and market trends to identify growth opportunities.


Ideal Background

  • 4–8 years of brand marketing experience.
  • Experience in interior design, furniture, home décor, architecture, lifestyle, luxury consumer goods, or premium D2C brands.
  • Strong understanding of premium consumer buying behavior.
  • Experience managing creators, influencers, and brand partnerships.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Comfortable working with performance, creative, and product teams.
  • Data-driven while maintaining a strong creative instinct.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with premium interior or furniture brands.
  • Existing relationships with architects, interior designers, design publications, or lifestyle creators.
  • Experience launching new consumer brands.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and consumer analytics.


Success in the First 90 Days

  • Establish a clear brand positioning and messaging framework.
  • Launch two to three high-impact brand campaigns.
  • Build an influencer and interior designer partnership program.
  • Improve organic social engagement and branded search demand.
  • Create a repeatable content and campaign calendar.
  • Develop a measurable brand dashboard tracking awareness, engagement, and demand generation.
