It combines brand, performance, partnerships, and product marketing to deliver consistent, high-impact customer experiences across channels, while ensuring that every interaction contributes to business momentum and long-term customer value.
Within Marketing function, the Brand Marketing team plays a pivotal role in driving rapid growth and market expansion. It powers bold, insight-led propositions and delivers clutter [1] breaking communication that captures attention and drives business momentum. From high [1] impact ATL and BTL campaigns to agile digital platform strategies, the team leads end-to [1] end brand-building efforts with creativity, precision, and purpose. By combining sharp consumer insights with data-driven thinking, the function shapes compelling narratives that spark engagement, build affinity, and inspire action. It operates at the intersection of creativity and performance, continuously pushing the brand forward in an increasingly competitive and dynamic travel landscape.

The incumbent will be responsible for developing high-impact marketing assets that reflect the brand identity and deepen engagement with large enterprise accounts. The role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver cohesive, high-quality assets across CLM initiatives, digital campaigns, social channels, and sales.

About The Role

What Will You Be Doing
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Strategic Brand Positioning: Bridge product development and market success through strategic positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
- Product & Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, campaigns, and account-specific initiatives.
- Content Development: Create compelling product narratives, sales collateral, blog content, emailers, and social media assets tailored for large accounts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Creative teams to align messaging with business objectives and customer needs
- Agency Coordination: Work with external partners to maintain quality and timely delivery of creative outputs.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and content work, preferably within B2B or SaaS environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a creative and structured approach.
- Ability to simplify complex product propositions into clear, compelling visual and written communication.
- High ownership mindset with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and social media tools.
- Proficiency in design and presentation tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator PowerPoint, Google Slides) is a big Plus.
- Clear understanding of brand positioning and ability to maintain consistency across all communication.
- Strong content writing and storytelling skills to simplify complex product offerings.
- Ability to execute product launches and marketing campaigns effectively and on time.
- Good coordination skills to work smoothly with Sales, Product, Creative teams, and agencies.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders independently.
- Attention to detail with a structured and creative approach to marketing execution.
