Job Description
Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and consumer-centric Brand Manager with 3-5 years of experience in to drive brand strategy, marketing initiatives, and business growth. The role will be responsible for end-to-end brand management including brand planning, execution of marketing campaigns, consumer insights, and cross-functional coordination to strengthen brand equity and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with business goals.
- Drive brand positioning, messaging, and long-term brand vision.
- Manage brand P&L, budgets, and ROI tracking for marketing spends.
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and social media.
- Collaborate with creative and media agencies for campaign development and execution.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across all touchpoints.
Consumer & Market Insights
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Leverage consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and innovation ideas.
- Track brand health metrics and take corrective actions where required.
Product & Innovation Support
- Support new product launches, extensions, and relaunches.
- Work closely with R&D, sales, and supply chain teams for seamless execution.
- Manage packaging development, claims, and compliance in coordination with regulatory teams (if applicable).
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to drive execution excellence.
- Present brand performance, insights, and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing from a reputed institute
- 4–8 years of experience in Brand Management (FMCG / Consumer / Pharma preferred)
- Hands-on experience with media planning, digital marketing, and agency management
- Experience in managing brands across lifecycle stages
