Job Description
Role Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Brand Manager to drive brand positioning, integrated campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives for our organization.
- The role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of BFSI products and consumer insights, with the ability to translate them into effective brand strategies that drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and execute brand plans to strengthen brand positioning across channels and customer segments.
- Integrated Campaign Management: Plan and manage ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and alignment with brand objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams (product, digital, sales, compliance) and external partners (agencies, vendors) to drive brand initiatives seamlessly.
- Content & Communication Development: Oversee the development of creative assets, content calendars, and customer communication in line with brand guidelines.
- Market & Consumer Insights: Track market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to refine brand strategy and campaign approaches.
- Budget Management: Plan, track, and optimize brand budgets, ensuring effective utilization and ROI on brand spends.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign and brand performance metrics, preparing reports and recommendations for management.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the BFSI sector.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale brand and marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior within financial products/services.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with creative and media agencies.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategy is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and consumer insights.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA in Marketing or related field from a reputed institute.
