Role Description The Brand Lead – Performance Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the overall brand strategy across digital and offline channels, ensuring consistent positioning and messaging for Startup Stairs and its portfolio startups. Day-to-day activities include planning and running performance marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign data, optimizing for lead generation and conversions, and maintaining a strong brand presence across social media, web, and partner platforms. The Brand Lead collaborates closely with sales, program, and founder-facing teams to align brand initiatives with business objectives and accelerator milestones. Responsibilities also include managing external agencies or vendors, developing marketing assets, and contributing to thought leadership content that strengthens the accelerator’s visibility in the ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Brand Strategy and Brand Management to define positioning, oversee brand consistency, and drive long-term brand growth.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Branding and Communication to create impactful narratives, design cohesive brand experiences, and engage diverse stakeholder groups.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and performance-focused communication skills to support demand generation, lead nurturing, and alignment of marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Experience in performance marketing (e.g., paid search, paid social, analytics tools) and data-driven decision-making is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, planning, and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Prior experience in startup ecosystems, accelerators, or high-growth environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team, work on-site in Gurugram, and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
