Job Description

Drive and evolve brand identity, tone, and storytelling across all consumer touchpoints
Lead in-house execution of marketing campaigns across online and offline channels (social, email, VM, print, performance)
Collaborate with designers, writers, and producers to ship high-quality content at speed
Ensure consistency of brand expression across product, packaging, website, quick commerce, and store-level experiences
Own campaign calendars, timelines, and budgets — and make sure things go live on time and on-brand
Lead a small but mighty team — provide creative direction, feedback, and structure

What We're Looking For

8 years of experience in brand, creative marketing, or content roles
A sharp eye for design and copy, with a proven ability to lead content-first campaigns
Hands-on experience managing execution across digital + physical channels
Strong project management skills — you thrive in a fast-moving, multi-tasking environment
Experience working with in-house creative teams
A team player with leadership skills — you know how to guide, motivate, and ship Nice to Haves
Experience in food, retail, D2C, or FMCG
Prior work on store marketing, quick commerce, or omnichannel campaigns
