Role Overview

You will work across identity design, brand systems, packaging, and visual world building. The expectation is not just execution, but structured thinking and clarity in design decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop brand identities from concept to execution
• Build scalable brand systems
• Work on packaging design and packaging thinking
• Create cohesive visual worlds across touchpoints
• Contribute to storytelling through design
• Collaborate closely with strategy and content teams

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in a branding or design studio
• Experience in identity design and packaging
• Attention to detail and production awareness
• Ability to think beyond one off creatives
• Ownership mindset and clarity in presentation
