MOLEDRO is a contemporary fashion brand committed to creating premium apparel with a strong focus on design, craftsmanship, and storytelling. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Branding Executive who understands fashion aesthetics and can bring fresh ideas to our digital presence. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for design, be proficient in creative software, and be passionate about building engaging social media content.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design visually appealing social media creatives, banners, and marketing collaterals.
  • Create and manage daily social media content, including feed posts, stories, reels, and promotional creatives.
  • Maintain an aesthetically consistent Instagram grid and ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Develop engaging visual concepts aligned with the brand's identity and current fashion trends.
  • Edit short-form videos and reels for social media platforms.
  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and product launches.
  • Brainstorm creative content ideas with the marketing team.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
  • Stay updated with fashion, design, and social media trends to create relevant and engaging content.
  • Ensure all creatives maintain the brand's visual identity and quality standards.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Fashion Communication, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or any related fashion discipline.
  • Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is mandatory.
  • Working knowledge of Canva and basic video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, VN, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram.
  • Comfortable creating story posts, carousel posts, reels, and maintaining an engaging social media grid.
  • Creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics, typography, color, and layout.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing creative work, social media creatives, or branding projects will be preferred.
