Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kozhikode for a Branch Manager at Malankara Multi State Co-Operative Credit Society. The Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, manage staff, ensure adherence to regulations, and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, implementing organizational strategies, supervising daily transactions, and achieving financial targets. • Experience in financial services, banking, or cooperative societies

• Understanding of banking products, financial regulations, and compliance requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
• Proficiency in communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Experience in credit appraisal, loan processing, or similar areas is an advantage
