Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cuddapah for a Branch Incharge at Srinivasa Sales and Service Pvt Ltd. The Branch Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing branch staff, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining the quality of service provided by the branch. Responsibilities include monitoring sales and service activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory levels, and coordinating with other departments. The role also involves reporting on branch performance and implementing strategies to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Leadership, team management, and strong decision-making skills
• Experience in sales operations, customer relationship management, and service logistics
• Working knowledge of inventory management and technical processes related to diesel engines and industrial equipment
• Clear communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with industry standards and practices in after-sales support
• A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in local languages and Hindi is advantageous
• Prior experience in a managerial role within a similar industry is highly desirable
