Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of experience in building scalable and high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React on the frontend and Node (Fastify preferred) on the backend, along with deep experience in database optimization, complex business logic implementation, and scalable system design.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing modern web applications that are highly responsive, performant, and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable full-stack web applications using React and Node.
  • Build high-performance backend APIs using Fastify or Express.
  • Implement clean architecture and modular code structure for complex business logic.
  • Develop responsive and accessible UI components using Tailwind CSS.
  • Ensure cross-device compatibility and responsive layouts.
  • Design and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms.
  • Work on database schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
  • Handle large datasets and performance-critical operations efficiently.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and security.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend :

  • Strong experience with React
  • Modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
  • Tailwind CSS for UI development
  • Responsive design and layout systems
  • State management (Redux / Zustand / Context API)
  • Component architecture and reusable UI patterns
  • Performance optimization techniques

Backend

  • Strong experience with Node
  • Experience with Fastify (preferred) or Express
  • API design (RESTful architecture)
  • Advanced error handling and logging strategies
  • Implementation of complex business workflows

Database

  • Strong knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL)
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB / Redis)
  • Query optimization and indexing
  • Database schema design
  • Performance tuning for high-load applications

Engineering Practices

  • Clean code principles and software design patterns
  • Git version control
  • Writing unit and integration tests
  • Debugging and troubleshooting production issues
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Good To Have

  • Experience with Docker and containerized environments
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
  • Familiarity with caching strategies (Redis, CDN)
