Software Development Engineer

Location: HYD Campus, Hyderabad

Years of Experience: 5-7 Years

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer with a strong emphasis on Database Testing. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software development and a deep understanding of database testing methodologies. You will be responsible for developing high-quality software solutions while ensuring the integrity and performance of our databases.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software applications in accordance with project requirements.
Conduct thorough database testing to ensure data integrity, performance, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Document software specifications and testing procedures.

Mandatory Skills

Strong knowledge of Database Testing concepts and methodologies.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with various database management systems.
Experience in software development using languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Knowledge of cloud-based database solutions.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in software development with a focus on database testing.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
