Urgent Hiring: BMC Remedy L2 Support Engineer
📍 Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
💼 Experience: 3+ Years
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 operational support for BMC Remedy ITSM applications.
- Perform Remedy administration, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Handle web services and REST API integrations.
- Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) for new integrations.
- Analyze logs, resolve application/server-level issues, and support incident, problem, and change management.
- Create Knowledge Base (KB) articles and SOP documentation.
- Coordinate with L3 teams, vendors, and business users for issue resolution.
✅ Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in BMC Remedy ITSM L2 Support.
- Strong experience with BMC Remedy/Helix ITSM (20.x or above).
- Hands-on expertise in AR System Administration, configuration, and customization.
- Experience with REST APIs, Web Services, and Remedy integrations.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and Remedy fundamentals.
- Experience troubleshooting Remedy application and server-level issues.
- Working knowledge of Linux/UNIX commands.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

🎓 Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
