• Implement, configure, and support Blue Yonder Supply Planning and ESP solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs.
• Configure planning parameters, planning policies, calendars, workflows, and optimization settings.
• Design and implement supply planning models to improve inventory, production, and distribution planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Perform solution customization, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support.
• Troubleshoot planning issues and optimize system performance.
• Develop functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom enhancements.
• Lead workshops, client discussions, and solution demonstrations.
• Support data migration, system upgrades, and release management activities.
• Prepare project documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
• Ensure successful project delivery while following best practices and governance standards.

• Strong experience in Blue Yonder (JDA) Supply Planning.
• Hands-on expertise in Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP).
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Planning, Production Planning, and Distribution Planning.
• Experience with Blue Yonder configuration, implementation, and support.
• Understanding of Supply Chain Optimization concepts.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of ERP integrations such as SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with APIs, data interfaces, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments.
