About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Blockchain Developer to design, develop, and implement decentralized applications (dApps) and blockchain-based solutions. In this role, you will work on building secure, scalable, and high-performance systems using blockchain technologies across various use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop blockchain-based applications and smart contracts.
• Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps).
• Work with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar.
• Develop and audit smart contracts using Solidity or other relevant languages.
• Integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems and APIs.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of blockchain applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement blockchain solutions.
• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize blockchain systems.
• Stay updated with the latest blockchain trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in blockchain development or software development.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, Python, or Go.
• Experience with blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Hyperledger, Binance Smart Chain, etc.).
• Understanding of smart contracts, cryptography, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar libraries.
• Experience with REST APIs and backend development.
• Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred / Good-to-Have

• Experience with DeFi, NFTs, or token-based systems.
• Familiarity with Layer 2 solutions and scaling techniques.
• Knowledge of security best practices and smart contract auditing.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of DevOps tools and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
