Responsibilities

• Create and develop detailed MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit
• Prepare shop drawings, GA drawings, and as-built models
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams
• Ensure models comply with project standards and BIM guidelines
• Update models based on design changes and site inputs
• Extract BOQs and quantity take-offs from models
• Maintain proper documentation and version control

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit (MEP)
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Basic understanding of Navisworks
• Good understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering
