About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical or Electrical BIM Modeler with a passion for creating high-quality MEP models using Autodesk Revit.

This role offers the opportunity to work on international projects alongside experienced engineers and BIM professionals while gaining exposure to advanced BIM workflows and coordination processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed Mechanical or Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Create construction-ready models in accordance with project standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues.
• Prepare shop drawings, BOQs, schedules, and construction documentation.
• Review engineering drawings and project specifications.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and model version control.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of BIM Modeling experience.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Good understanding of:
• HVAC Systems
• Plumbing Systems
• Fire Fighting Systems
• Electrical Systems
• Ability to read Mechanical and Electrical construction drawings.
• Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation, schedules, and construction documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
• Experience working on GCC or international projects is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Navisworks is preferred.
