Job Description:
- Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the HR department for monthly statutory and compliance-related requirements.
- Ensure timely dispatch of invoices and related documents to customers.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel proficiently for data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Reconcile customer ledgers and follow up on any discrepancies.
- Good knowledge of invoicing and billing processes.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.).
- Experience in customer account reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Accounts and Billing is preferred.
Salary upto-25k to 30k
