Job Description:
  • Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the HR department for monthly statutory and compliance-related requirements.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of invoices and related documents to customers.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel proficiently for data management, reporting, and analysis.
  • Reconcile customer ledgers and follow up on any discrepancies.
Required Skills:
  • Good knowledge of invoicing and billing processes.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.).
  • Experience in customer account reconciliation.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Accounts and Billing is preferred.


Salary upto-25k to 30k
