Billing Engineer, Mechanical Engineer & Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Prepare client and subcontractor RA bills.
• Verify measurements and quantities as per drawings and BOQ.
• Prepare quantity estimates and billing documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers for work progress and billing data.
• Maintain billing records and MIS reports.
• Ensure timely submission of bills and follow up for approvals.
• Work on ERP software for billing and documentation.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience: 3–5 Years (Highway/Road Construction preferred)

Software Knowledge: AutoCAD, ERP, MS Excel, MS Word

Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance of construction equipment.
• Maintain equipment service records and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure equipment availability.
• Monitor fuel consumption and equipment utilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement.
• Update equipment records in ERP.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 3–5 Years (Construction/Infrastructure Equipment preferred)

Software Knowledge: AutoCAD, ERP, MS Excel, MS Word

Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts and financial records.
• Record purchase, sales, cash, and bank transactions.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer reconciliations.
• Process invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements.
• Prepare financial reports and MIS.
• Maintain accounting records in ERP and Tally Prime.

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Software Knowledge: Tally Prime, ERP, MS Excel, MS Word
