Candidate should have

• Exp : 5+ Years
• Qualification : Diploma/B.E - Mechanical
• Position : Quality engineer
• Industrial Project : MS structure, Piping Equipments installation & commissioning, material handling, utility system -quality checks as summarised below , and good communication skill. covering.
  
  

MS Structure

• Supervised fabrication, erection, and alignment of steel structures for industrial and commercial projects.
• Conducted load analysis, stress calculations, and ensured compliance with relevant codes and standards (IS, ASME, ASTM).
• Coordinated with civil and architectural teams to integrate mechanical systems into structural frameworks.
• Oversaw quality checks, welding inspections, and NDT for structural components.
  
  

Piping

• Managed design, layout, and installation of piping systems for utilities, HVAC, and process plants.
• Prepared and reviewed isometric drawings, P&IDs, and material take-offs.
• Supervised hydro-testing, pressure testing, and commissioning of piping networks.
• Ensured adherence to ASME B31.3, B31.1, and project-specific standards.
• Coordinated with vendors and contractors for procurement, fabrication, and site execution.
  
  

Equipment Installation & Commissioning

• Installation of pumps, compressors, turbines, boilers, and HVAC systems.
• Conducting pre-commissioning checks, trial runs, and performance testing.
  
  

Material Handling Systems

• Installation and maintenance of conveyors, cranes, hoists, and lifting equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards during heavy lifts and rigging operations.
  
  

Utility Systems

• Work on steam lines, water treatment plants, and fire-fighting systems.
• Integration of mechanical utilities with electrical and civil works.
