Great Day Improvements / Champion Windows Manufacturing - Bilingual Production Administrator

Our Production Administrator is part of the Great Day Manufacturing team. Working to ensure the Manufacturing COE has the resources to identify, onboard, develop, and manage talent. The role is supportive of manufacturing management and brings skills and expertise to the team. Build and maintain a solid relationship with all areas of manufacturing, including the manufacturing HR department.

Pay Rate - $20.00 per hour

Location On-site Sharonville, OH

• Maintains manufacturing data spreadsheets and reports.
• Daily glass reject/scrap spreadsheets and reports.
• Daily/weekly production rate spreadsheets and reports.
• Daily morning production reports.
• Collect daily rate sheets from all departments and input them into Excel spreadsheets.
• Lead all office coordination of activities (Coordinate meals and events, visitors activities, PPE)
• Assist in facilitating company polls and surveys.
• Assist with the attendance points tracking process
• Assist Plant Manager, supervisors, and HR with new hires, badges, recruiting, conversion and onboarding follow up
• Manage and present manufacturing production data to the Plant Manager.
• Work with the Production, Plant Manager, and supervisors to improve production reporting.
• Assist with 6S projects, including re-layout of departments, process improvement, and participation in Kaizen events.
• Assist and coordinate the Monthly Plant Manager’s meetings. Including translating the content of meetings.
• Assist in scheduling manufacturing associates time with HR department
• Assist with Timecard reviews and approval for Full-time and temporary employees, including, but not limited to, PTO, adjustments, and verification of approvals in coordination with supervision.
• Monitors, complies, and posts policies and procedures, manufacturing job notices, and bulletins.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidential information maintenance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Strong excel skills.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a must.
  
  

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.
  
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking in and around the manufacturing plant.
• Most days, frequently changing from sitting to standing throughout the day.
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds at a time.
• Tolerant to high temperatures.
