Job Brief

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers on our Calls, Chats Email platforms.
  • Identifying customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions in timely manner.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking ownership.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Required Skills

  • Any Graduate (Without any standing arrears)
  • Previous experience in a customer support role will be an advantage.
  • Good communication skills (written spoken).
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Good typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of assistance logs.
  • Comfortable to work in Rotational Shifts
  • Dependable, Adaptable focused towards common team goals
