Bid Manager

Responsibilities

-Managing the development and production of Cardinality’s Response to RFIs, RFPs

-Preparing proposal outlines and volumes in compliance with RFP requirements

-Generating proposal schedules, distributing writing assignments within the internal and external (Partners) organization, and monitoring progress

-Developing and tracking proposal milestones

-Collaborating with SMEs for providing business-focused solutions.

-Market research on pricing strategy

-Representing the company on Pre-bid calls

-Conducting formatting, compliance checks, final proposal assembly and delivery

-Ensuring that all bids meet the required quality standards

-Developing scope and responsibility matrix, documenting requirements, and ensuring all individuals assigned are aware of the assignment and due dates

-Alerting pursuit team leads of staffing needs and other resources

-Incorporating strategies, themes, and other material into the response sections

-Ensuring questions have a clearly articulated response in document

-Researching boilerplate content to pre-populate proposal response document

-Raising red flags with management when due dates or customer requirements are not being met or followed by the pursuit team

-Adding/creating best-in-class content to the Content Library

Qualifications

-B.E./B.Tech and PGDM/MBA

-3-10 years of experience in Bid/Proposal Management. Preferably in the IT Services / Product domain.

• -US Government Tech experience preferred
